The Place Party Planners Choose Their Vendors
This upcoming Expo will be the 5th Annual Party Expo. Members of Temple Emanu-El along with other members of the Jewish and non-Jewish community around Dallas look forward each year to this opportunity to meet and evaluate various types of vendors to help them execute their celebrations. Additionally, Brotherhood promotes Party Expo each year with posters in retailers around town, ads in publications like the Texas Jewish Post, and projected ads at several theaters before their movies start. In past years the attendance has been about 500. This year, with some increased and better targeted advertising, an even higher attendance is expected.
Party Expo Exhibitor Booths
Booth registration can be done either online or by sending in a form:

Booth space will be available in Tobian Hall at Temple Emanu-El. A typical booth is approximately 8 feet wide and can have either a 6 foot (limited availability) or 8 foot table (or no table if preferred). The tables are covered and draped in white plastic table cloth material and linen is available for an extra charge. Both electrical connections and wireless Internet service are available at no change but must be reserved in advance. Registration must be accompanied with payment. All exhibitors preparing and/or serving food at Party Expo must submit a Caterer Vendor Agreement to Temple before exhibiting.

Gold Sponsor - $1,500 Includes the following: 2 tables with electricity and internet service, Premium table location, a full page ad in the Exhibitor Guide, prominent listing in all promotional material and signage.
Silver Sponsor - $1,000 includes the following: 2 tables with electricity and internet service, a half page ad in the Exhibitor Guide, listing in promotional signage.
Bronze Sponsor - $500 includes the following: 1 table with electricity and internet service, 1/4 page ad in Exhibitor Guide.
Exhibitor Guide
Each person attending the Party Expo will be given an Exhibitor Guide as they walk in the door that contains text listings of all the exhibitors. Listings include name, address, phone number, email address, website URL, and a description of up to 150 words. The Guides are also given to the Life Cycles Director at Temple Emanu-El and several other temples so that they may be given to those planning celebrations throughout the year who may not have been able to attend Party Expo.
The cost of the text listings in the Guide are included in the cost of booth rental. Display ads may be placed in the Guide in addition to the text listings for an additional charge as described below.

Door Prizes
Door Prizes -- Every few minutes during the Party Expo we will draw for attendee door prizes. This will have two effects: it will keep the attendees in the hall longer since they must be present to win and it will give added promotion to the prize contributors. Each time a door prize announcement is made, the company name and booth location of the contributor will be announced along with a short description of the contributor's service. Prizes can be either physical prizes or discount coupons for your services.
